  • Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  • We are happy to offer you low cost flat rate shipping across Canada.
  • In-Store pick ups are done at 3075-14th Avenue, Suite 206, Markham, ON. We will notify you by email when the order is ready for pick up.

Shipping Rates

For your convenience, we are offering Flat Rate shipping fees for our Canadian customers based upon your location. The standard of delivery in Ontario is 2-4 business days* and 3-12 business days* for all other provinces. Please view the map below to determine your flat rate shipping fee.

  • $9 – Ontario & Quebec
  • $10 – Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island & New Brunswick
  • $12 – British Columbia, Alberta & Newfoundland

 *FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE.

  • Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut – Actual shipping charges will apply (an estimate will be provided at time of checkout)
  • Air Stage locations – Actual shipping charges will apply. Please contact us and we will be happy to tell you the estimated shipping charges prior to shipping.
  • Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.

Unfortunately we only ship within Canada at the moment but are working on ways to serve customers in other countries such as United States, Mexico, and European countries. Please stay tuned for further update!

Since tea is considered to be a Food item by Health Canada, we are unable to accept refunds for health and safety reasons. 

Non-consumable items such as infusers and cups may be returned within 14 days of your purchase. Please provide us with the original receipt and we will be happy to offer a refund onto your original method of payment. Please note that the customer will be asked to pay for any return shipping costs. For more information, simply contact us by email at [email protected]

Order tracking number will be provided once the package has been shipped.

We do not accept any exchanges at this time. For any damaged products of non-consumable items, contact us by email at [email protected] for assistance with missing or damaged items.

We do not use any artificial ingredients or sugar in our products.

All of our tea are gluten free and vegan!

Our tea are sourced from qualified suppliers around the world including Canada, India, China, Japan, Sri Lanka, and countries from South America.
